| Quickie Chicken Paprikash
2 pounds of chicken pieces 3 tablespoons of flour 3 tablespoons of shortening 1 can of Franco-American chicken 1/3 cup of sour cream 1 cup of sliced onions 1 Clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons of paprika 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 dash Pepper Hot buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice |
| Dredge chicken pieces in flour; brown in hot shortening; drain off any excess fat. Mix together gravy, sour cream, onions, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper; pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and done. Serve with hot buttered noodles, mashed potatoes or even rice.
