Quinoa Recipes
> Chickquinoa Salad
2 cups of cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup of quinoa, cooked
1 cup of celery, diced
1 cup of nonfat mayonnaise
Salt
Paprika
Chill all ingredients and combine. Sprinkle paprika on top for
color.
