Almond Tartels (Norway)
1 cup of butter 3/5 cup of sugar 1 cup of almonds 2 1/3 cups of flour 1 eggGrind almonds. Mix ingredients together and cover the inside of buttered tartlet forms or muffin pans with dough, pressing into the form with fingers. Bake at 350ºF. for 13 minutes or until light brown. Makes 24. |
