Dumpling Steak Denmark

2 pounds of chopped beefsteak
3 large onions, chopped fine
5 tomatoes skinned and chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
paprika to taste
1 tablespoon of butter
tomato quarters parsley & onion rings for garnish  

Mix the meat with the onions and tomatoes. Add the salt, pepper, and paprika. Shape the ground beef into a large round dumpling and set in a well greased casserole. Dot the top of the dumpling with specks of butter. Bake at 400ºF. for 1 hour. Decorate the finished dumpling with tomato quarters, parsley, and onion rings. Makes 6 - 8 servings
