Cream Wafers (Sweden)

1 cup of soft oleo
1/2 cup of condensed milk
2 cups of flour

Mix well. Chill. Heat oven to 375ºF.  Roll dough 1/2 inch thick on floured board. Prick with fork. Roll in sugar. Use un-greased pan. Bake until lightly brown. (Use 2 inch cutter.)
FILLING:
1/4 cup of oleo
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 egg yolk

Mix together. Tint red or green. Make into sandwiches" Each cookie is about 2 inches in diameter.
