| Spicy Pork Chops 2
6 (1-inch) pork chops 30 whole cloves One 6 ounce can of orange juice One 6 ounce can of pineapple juice 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves 2 tablespoons of grated orange rind 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon |
| Press 5 cloves along bones in each pork chop. Put chops in skillet, clove side down. Brown both sides of chops at medium-high heat. Combine remaining ingredients and add to chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
