Spicy Sesame Noodles
1/2 cup of coarse ground peanut butter
1 dry red jalapeno pepper, crushed
Salt to taste
3 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 cup of brown sesame oil
8 ounces of spaghetti
2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
Place peanut butter in top of double broiler and cook until softened. Add
jalapeno, salt, garlic and oil; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least
3 hours.
Before serving, cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water following package
directions; drain.
Reheat sauce in top of double boiler. Toss spaghetti and sauce together.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve at once. Serves 4
