Spicy Tomato And Bean
Soup
15 ounces of canned chili beans
two 6 ounce cans of Vegetable juice
14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomatoes
10 ounce package of frozen corn
1/3 cup of sliced green onions
1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in large saucepan and mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Top each serving with
sour cream. 6 Servings
