Fried Squid 2

3 pounds of squid; cleaned
2 tablespoons of milk
2 large eggs; beaten
1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
Salt/pepper
Olive oil
Marinara or cocktail sauce

Cut squid in 1"" rings. Combine eggs and milk. Combine salt/pepper and bread crumbs. Dip squid in egg mixture, then dredge through bread crumb mixture. Let coated squid stand while oil heats. Fry 8-10 pieces at a a time in olive oil until light brown. Remove with slotted spoon, let drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce for dipping.
