Orange Stuffing 3 cups of dry bread cubes, toasted 1/2 cup of hot water 2 - 3 teaspoons of grated orange peel 2/3 cup of orange pulp or diced orange sections 2 cups of diced celery 1/4 cup of melted butter 1 egg, beaten 1/2 teaspoon of salt a dash of pepper 1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
Soften the bread in hot water for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, stir lightly. Stuff duck. Makes enough for one 5 pound duck. |
