Cranberry Dressing 1/4 cup of butter 1/2 cup of celery, diced 1 apple, diced, peeled 1 cup of onion, diced 3 cups of bread cubes 1 teaspoon of ground sage 1/4 teaspoon of ground marjoram 1 cup of whole cranberry sauce 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of salt Zest and juice of an orange
Heat butter in a sauté pan, and sauté celery, apple, and onion until soft. Add bread cubes, sage and ground marjoram. Remove from heat. In medium saucepan, stir together over low heat whole cranberry sauce, brown sugar, salt and the zest and juice of one orange. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Mix with the bread mixture; blending well.
