Pork Stuffed Chillies

Pork Stuffed Chillies

6 Mild yellow chillies
175 g Minced pork
6 Lime leaves; finely shredded
3 Cloves garlic; finely
1 tablespoons of Coriander leaves, roughly
1 Stem lemon grass; tender
2 teaspoons of Light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of White pepper
1 teaspoon of Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Slice the chillies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and all the seeds. Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chilli boats.
