| Easy Tuna Cashew Casserole 1 large can of chow mein noodles 1 small can of tuna 1/4 cup of minced celery chopped onion to taste 1 cup of cashew nuts 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can of water Place half of noodles in a buttered casserole, cover with tuna, celery and onion. Add half of nuts, remaining noodles and nuts. Dilute soup with water, and pour over casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 -60 minutes. Yield 5 servings |
