| Tuna & Cheese Casserole
1/3 cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine
7 tablespoons (1/3 of a 10 3/4 ounce can) of condensed cream of celery
soup
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2/3 cup of tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup of cooked rice
salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook the onion in butter until
tender, but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn
into a buttered, shallow 6 inch casserole for 20 minutes or until heated
through. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. |
