| Tuna Casserole w/Thyme
1 cup of uncooked noodles
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3 - 4 small onions
1 medium green pepper
one 8 ounce can of tomatoes, drained and save juice
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
one 7 ounce can of tuna
potato chips
Prepare noodles. Meanwhile, sauté onion and
pepper slices in 4 tablespoons of butter. Grease casserole dish. Layer
noodles, soup, onion mixture, tomatoes, tuna, about 2 layers. Use some of
the tomato juice, if necessary. Sprinkle thyme on top and crushed chips.
Bake at 370ºF. for 20 -30 minutes |
