Tuna Casserole
1 box of small macaroni noodles 2 cans of tuna 2 cans of mixed vegetables 1 can of cream of celery soup 1 can of whole tomatoes, drained Cheese
Boil noodles until done. Combine all ingredients together and put in baking
dish. Grate cheese on top. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes or until done.
Tuna Casserole
1 large can of can tuna fish 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of mixed vegetables 8 ounces of (1 c.) elbow macaroni (opt.)
Cook 1 cup elbow macaroni according to package directions. In a medium size bowl use a fork to break up tuna fish. Add soup then mix together. Add drained vegetables and macaroni. Place in a casserole dish with cover and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Tuna Casserole
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 2 tablespoons of flour 1 cup of milk Salt, white pepper Dash onion powder 1 can of drained tuna 1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetables 2 cups of egg noodles
Boil water in large pan for noodles. When boiling add noodles cook about 7 minutes while noodles cook make sauce. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in medium pan. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons flour blend together, add salt, white pepper, onion powder. Blend in with wire Wisk 1/4 cup milk. Add rest of milk. Return to heat. Slowly mix until mixture thickens 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add drained tuna. When noodles are done. Add mixed vegetables or peas and carrots to noodle water, cook 2 minutes more. Drain, noodle and vegetables in colander. Put noodle and vegetables back in pan. Add sauce mix stir together. Serve. Preparation time 15 minutes. Serves 2 or 3.
