| Tuna Noodle Casserole
8 ounces of noodles 1 can of tuna (water packed), well drained 1 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream (12 oz.) 3/4 cup of milk One 3 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted
Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain noodles, stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over casserole. If desired, sprinkle paprika over the mixture. Bake, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
