Tuna Macaroni Muffin casserole
One 7 ounce can of tuna fish (in water)
17 ounces of cooked macaroni in cream sauce with cheese
1 egg
Drain tuna. Flake. Mix with macaroni (thoroughly) breaking macaroni into small pieces. Fill well greased muffin tins full of the mixture. Bake in moderate oven 375ºF. for 45 minutes. Turn onto hot platter, garnish with greens. Makes 8 servings |
