| Tuna Broccoli Casserole
1 package of frozen broccoli One 7 ounce can of tuna, flaked One 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can of milk 1/2 cup of (1 sm. bag) potato chips, crushed
Heat oven to 450ºF. Split broccoli stalks, cook for 3 minutes and drain. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with tuna. Mix soup and milk; pour over the tuna. Sprinkle potato chip crumbs over top. Bake 15 minutes. 4 servings. |
