Cajun Tuna Casserole
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
1 large can of tuna
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
1/4 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons of margarine
Brown the rice from the box with margarine, onion, celery and bell pepper. Stir in seasoning pack from box, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Then stir in 2 3/4 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. |
