| Tuna & Crab Casserole
One 6 - 7 ounce can of tuna One 6 - 7 ounce can of crabmeat 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 cup of diced onion 1/4 cup of diced green pepper 1/2 cup of diced celery 8 ounces of egg noodles 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 8-10 ounces of grated sharp cheddar cheese 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms (optional)
In large bowl mix tuna, crab, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook egg noodles, drain and mix with tuna mixture. In saucepan, mix soup, milk, and cheese. When cheese melts, mix with tuna mixture. Add mushrooms, if desired. Turn into casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake at 425ºF. for 25 minutes.
