Tucks Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Glaze

-= Ingredients =- 1 pound of salmon steak Olive oil Dry Rub 1/2 tablespoon of paprika 1/2 tablespoon of thyme 1/2 tablespoon of oregano 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper 1/2 tablespoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of sugar 1/2 tablespoon of granulated garlic | | Teriyaki Glaze 1/4 cup of orange juice 3 tablespoons of honey 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
-= Instructions =- Combine all dry rub ingredients and set aside. Mix teriyaki glaze ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside. Spray a light layer of oil onto the fish, and apply dry rub liberally to both sides. Place on grill for five minutes, then flip and apply glaze. Grill for another five minutes until the salmon is firm. Reapply unused glaze before serving. Serves 2.
