1/4 cup of Soya sauce
1/4 cup of Sweet white wine
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of crushed ginger root
1 Clove garlic
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts; skinned,

-= Instructions =-
Mix all and refrigerate for at 1 hour. (I tend to leave it for several hours) Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
