| Thanksgiving Oyster Dressing
2 cups of chopped onion 1 cup of margarine 3 cups of chopped celery 1 pint of oysters, drained & chopped Liquid from oysters 4 cups of Pepperidge Farm herb crumbs 4 cups of Pepperidge Farm cornbread crumbs 2 cups of walnuts, chopped 3 teaspoons of sage 1 1/2 teaspoon of thyme Salt & pepper 3 cans of chicken broth |

In fry pan cook onion and celery in margarine. Drain and chop oysters then return them back to liquid. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour all in buttered baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 325-350 ºF. about 30 minutes. Remove foil and brown.
