| Thanksgiving Cranberry Chutney
1 pound of cranberries 1 cup of raisins 1 1/3 cup of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of cloves 1 cup of water 1 cup of chopped onion 1 cup of chopped celery 1 apple, chopped |

Cook cranberries, raisins, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, clove and water over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes more before adding 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Jar and refrigerate.
