Veal with Noodles

2 pounds of shoulder veal
6 whole allspice
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
1 clove garlic
1 pound package of Italian imported noodles
1 1/2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
8 medium size mushrooms
2 teaspoons of flour
1/4 cup of cold water

Cover meat with boiling water, add seasonings and garlic, and cook until tender. Remove meat and cut into 3 inch cubes. Strain stock, heat to boiling, add noodles and cook until tender. Melt butter in pan. Sauté onions, pepper, and mushrooms until soft but not brown. Blend in flour, then add cold water and stir until sauce reaches a smooth consistency. Place alternate layers of noodles, meat and sauce in greased baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 6
