Zucchini/Corn Sauté' (2 Pts)

1 whole onion, chopped
1 whole green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup of fat-free chicken broth
15 ounces of canned corn, drained
15 ounces of canned black beans, drained
15 ounces of stewed Tomatoes
cumin, to taste

Sauté vegetables in chicken broth. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through. "Yield: "1 Cup"
