1 package of fat-free chocolate snack cake mix, such as betty Crocker sweet rewards, 12.5 ounce 3/4 cup of water 1/2 cup of chopped unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts 1/4 cup of peanut butter chips 1 large egg. lightly beaten or 1/4 cup of egg substitute nonstick cooking spray 1 cup of miniature marshmallows |
| Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle marshmallows over batter. Bake 375ºF. for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
