1/2 cup of Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute* 1 packet of hot chocolate powder 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce 2 tablespoons of cocoa 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 2 packets of sweet n low |

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Spray 2 mini loaf pans with Pam and pour in batter. Bake at 350ºF. for 18 min. Don't over bake. Should be chewy. Makes 2 servings.
Lori's Notes: You can use egg substitute instead of eggs and make it even lower in pts.
