1 pita bread, uncut 1 tablespoon of apple butter 1 apple, peeled and sliced 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded apple pie spice, optional |

Spread the apple butter over the pita bread. Layer the apples and cheddar cheese on top. Sprinkle with apple pie spice if desired. Baked in a 350ºF oven for about 20 min or until apples are tender. Enjoy warm!
