Apple Cheddar Pita (6 Pts)

1 pita bread, uncut
1 tablespoon of apple butter
1 apple, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
apple pie spice, optional

Spread the apple butter over the pita bread. Layer the apples and cheddar cheese on top. Sprinkle with apple pie spice if desired. Baked in a 350ºF oven for about 20 min or until apples are tender. Enjoy warm!
