1 cup wild rice; rinsed 3 cups of hot chicken broth 3 tablespoons of chopped onion 3 tablespoons of bell pepper Sauté liquid of choice Parsley, cilantro, garnish |
| Sauté the onions & peppers. Add rice & blend. Transfer all to casserole dish & add broth. cover & bake @ 350ºF. for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
