1 pound of ziti 1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese 4 ounces of Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 32 ounces of your favorite spaghetti sauce |

Cook ziti following directions on box; drain. While pasta cooks, make the filling. Combine ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Layer ziti, filling and spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, starting and ending with sauce. Bake in oven at 350ºF. for 40 minutes or until bubbly hot.
